Long queues out the door having to wait 2 hours plus each time for prescription every other week it's so busy no matter what time of day prescription are never ready and always need to come back to collect missing items.UPDATE still waiting over a week for medication to be delivered AVOID

The service in the pharmacy is shocking.They never pick up the phone; the pharmacy app doesn?t match up with the status of your prescription claiming to be declined when it hasn?t been; even though my prescription was stated to be ?dispensed and ready?, I tried to collect it the following day and it hadn?t been done at all and I had to wait 25 minutes as did 4-5 others; I was then given a sticker on the bag with someone else?s confidential details

That short granny in there is horrendous. Please train your staff to have manners and proper customer service. I refuse to come into a shop and be treated so badly by staff.

Queues very long for pharmacy service now since Boots closed. Perscriptions are never prepared you always need to wait. Only two chairs avaliable for those who cannot stand so long in the queue. They need a better system in place or many more staff. Have since changed pharmacy.

Since Boots closed it is ridiculously busy but they are functioning remarkably well under difficult circumstances.

Incredibly rude staff, we were queuing up to pay, 20 minutes before it closed, she came to the till and said ?this is getting beyond a joke now?, started swearing at the customer in front of me, the other staff on the door was threatening to assault customers if they tried to come in, I?ve never been treated nicely in here, if you don?t want customers why are you open? It has been reported to higher management and I hope it?s dealt with accordingly. There?s no need to treat customers like that because you want to go home.

Staff are extremely rude and refuse to help. The team leader/manager is worse than "her girls" and refuses to honour any discounts unless you sign up to be a superdrug member with her!
