Was given a £70 giftcard in June 2016 & had 2 years to use it. I knew it expired sometime end of June 2018 but not the exact date. I came in first week of June 2018 to purchase something & asked the cashier can you tell me the exact date giftcard expires so I can use the remaining balance before it expires? She said because you've used it today, the expiry date is renewed for another 2 years from the date you used it...so you have until June 2020 to use it. I then tried to use it in November 2018 & called customer services when it wouldn't accept the card to be told the balance was £0.00 because it expired in JUNE 2018. I luckily managed to get the remaining balance back as a gesture of goodwill because it was the fault of the Topshop employee for giving me the wrong information regarding the giftcard. & I purchased a hoody from Topman £38 reduced to £10 and the embroidery has completely peeled off the arms after washing a handful of times? Not even worth £10 let alone £38...

Personally, I think your staff are rude and generally all around unhelpful. I came in today wanting to buy some jeans with a new day card which baring in mind you can use in topshop because I had just come from Debenhams asking the same question which there reply was that I can use it in topshop. The two women looked at me like I was stupid saying I couldnâ??t use it. Theyâ??ve done this before but the first time it was with a Scottish £20 note saying I couldnâ??t use it and that it â??wasnâ??t English moneyâ? Ridiculous.

Its okay, mens section is a bit of a let down. If you find yourself shopping with someone (Gf) and you get bored there are seats in the back by the changing room.

Daughter went in today, used a gift card, it took the money off, then wouldn't go through, so eventually she lost £10 on the card, and whilst attempting to get the manager to sort it out, was just told "sorry, can't sort it out now"...shop closed, no chance of getting it back...dreadful service.
