Our plumber liaised directly with the trade counter and they seemed really helpful and quick to respond.I'm disappointed with my visit at the showroom. was after some long flexi tap hoses to solve a plumbing nightmare under the sink. The guy was extremely helpful whilst efficiently finding the right part and it was a fraction of the cost of the same parts from a leading diy chain.
