It?s Sunday 14:26 they are closed even if their schedule is till 17:00 I had to come all the way from portsmouth to change my ring, they ignored me even when I asked if the shop was closed, very rude and disrespectful judging the fact that there were 7 people waiting for an answer. I am planing to give back the ring and take my money back this is not the way to treat a customer.

Too small shop having to queue outside, even though it's in the Marlands shopping centre. Was disappointed to see on last visit that the assistant supervisor was not working there anymore, she was very friendly and helpful and knew what she was talking about.
