Veritable Aladins cave providing everything you need to cook a great tasting Chinese meal at home. Staff friendly and helpful.. especially when you can't find things on the shelves. Ample parking.

Jumped up Security Guard.Absolutely disgraceful the way we were spoken too by this person. Tuesday 10th -10am.I come to Yau's all the time and have done for years.. I have even spoken to this Security guard before and he seemed a little disturbed then..On this occasion my son who was waiting in the carpark for me and was approached by this person and accused of entering the shop for the side delivery area. For what reason I do not know.. I then approached him and asked what he saw and was told he was acting suspiciously .. He was waiting in the car for me..The real reason here it that the person they have employed to do the job of a security guard has mental health problems clearly..I will be making a formal complete to the manager.Please reply to this review ASAPDisgraceful .

This supermarket is great, with always fresh produce and a fantastic selection. Customer service can depend on who's working as some folk are really friendly and some borderline rude... Same as any supermarket I guess.

Was a loyalty customer and it used to be good. Unfortunately, the online shopping became a nightmare. I finally gave up until I was ignored for months by chasing the refund of missing items. There are a lot of better places to shop.

Yau Brothers is the best Chinese/Asian online supermarket. I am glad to find YB. They really care about their customers. Each time I received my parcel I have no complaint all good and very fresh vegetables and fruits. I am a regular and happy customer. Will continue to shop here soon and in the future. Highly recommended.
