“I had a tyre fitted a few weeks ago and thought there might be a problem with it, however it turns out to unfortunately be an issue with 2 different tyres.The person I dealt with (not sure if he was the Manager) was so helpful and took time to explain the issue, offer solutions and look up alternative tyre costs and didn't charge me for the time they had spent diagnosing the issue.I would definitely recommend Formula One, Portsmouth and based on the service today didn't look to shop elsewhere and went straight online and booked in to have the 2 tyres fitted this week (the cost was also good anyway so it's a win win!)”
