I have been using this pharmacy in Totton for some years now, first it was for my mother-in-law?s medication and have never ever had to feel the need to complain as the staff there, are very welcoming & friendly always polite and happy to assist. The pharmacist himself is again one of a very few pharmacists I have come across, whom I have found easy to talk to & seek health advice from.My wife & I now order all our medication needs from them without hesitation.

They should be giving lessons to other chemists in Totton to show them how a patient and customer wants to be treated. They run a magnificent service and make you feel like you matter by going out of their way to help, no matter what the problem is. Run by a wonderful pharmacist that is never too busy to help and advise. Simply brilliant!

Been using the Lloyds in Romsey since I moved here, often making mistakes and could never get the brand I wanted. Moved to here as near work and the staff and help is brilliant 1st class. I get the brand I need without the hassle.

Desperate for a PCR after I booked the wrong time and completed an old test that got lost; they helped me out by contacting the company that I couldn?t and doing the test. Was in the pharmacy for 5 minutes and it could have cost me a holiday! Lovely, polite, nothing a problem.
