Ridiculous, I can?t pick it up because of work! 8AM-10AM?! It was a small package and neighbours were around and they didn?t even give it to them! Ridiculous!

Can't believe it!! Ordered item yesterday lunchtime(ish) and expected it to be delivered tomorrow before 10pm. Low and behold it was delivered this morning by a postman who was absolutely brilliant!!! How good is that. Faultless!!! Thank you.

Very friendly staff but the opening hours are inaccessible to so many people. Because of work, I haven?t been able to pick up my parcel for over a week.

Never open! What are you supposed to do? Okay work in the restaurant industry so late nights and all day Saturdays - not really possible to collect a parcel between 8-10 when you get off work at 2 and aren?t there on Saturday! Who designed these times they aren?t convenient for anyone! Absolutely ridiculous

*Edit. Reduced collection window is pathetic, 8-10am is useless for the majority of people forcing the only way to collect to a Saturday morning. No longer the "Easy and quick experience collecting items" it once was.
