Issue details: Left side failed. Tried 2 contactless, looked like 2nd had worked, but car failed to charge and unit indicated charger error. Moved to right and worked fine. Chademo.

No problems with actual charge but to support previous comment. When I arrived there was a car plugged in but no longer charging. Whilst I charged my car on second charger, two cars gave up waiting for space and third one was waiting when my charge finished, the unoccupied car was still there. I have previously given up waiting myself for this charge point which quite often has cars parked in both bays. I think a time limit would be helpful.

Charger rejecting my Natwest master debit card, had to add money to the app to charge. Stepped breeze block side wall restricted drivers door opening access, had to pull forward 3 feet out of the bay to get out of the car without scratching door.Realistically electric is only 26.6p per kW at home, why would you pay 3 times as much here, instavolt need to drastically reduce the price per kW

Third time lucky! First time Debit card not recognised, called Customer Service, who were helpful and advised downloading App. Returned next day, having downloaded and registered App, but both occupied and two vehicles waiting, and after 40 mins no change. Had to be elsewhere so returned later for third attempt. Both bays free, but card still not recognised, so used App. Success! A bit frustrating as Operating Instruction notice makes no mention of using the App? notice may need revision?

My worst fears were realised when I arrived and there were two commercial vans plugged in with the DPD van stating he would still be an hour.. Ax I was there another DPD van arrived!! What is it about DPD charging there? Eventually I plugged in but be warned it?s expensive at 85p KW in fact the most expensive charger I?ve used?.won?t be returning

I have not personally used these chargers but every time I have been passed there is either 1 or 2 cars charging. I have not seen these out of action at all.

Normally, InstaVolt chargers work well and provide good value for money, but the two at BP in Waterlooville are not very reliable.

Usually great but the machine on the right has been faulty for a few weeks now. It starts to charge and then immediately disconnects.Doesn't help when a DPD van was charging in the other one for ages. You would think DPD would have their own chargers!
