Andrew was Extremely patient with us as we couldn't make up our minds. When, a few days after putting down a deposit, we changed our minds, he was still cheery and helpful. Hopefully, we'll reward that by EVENTUALLY making up our minds!

Bought a carpet which was fitted this week. The fitters left a huge mess, Scs at no point stated I would have to remote the leftover carpet and underlay myself, which was disappointing.However the worst thing was the fitters left grippers with sharp nails on the window sills, fireplace and my washing machine. Having seen that I have young children, who could have got hold of them. Could have given them to me to get rid of if they couldn?t themselves. Extremely bad service.

I have had to change my glowing review as I wanted to give the store a chance to redeem themselves yet they didn't..The sofa we got was the wrong one yet we're still paying for it.The carpets we bought are nice but the carpet layers they sent have done such a bad job laying them we'll probably have to replace in a couple years tops, the stairs are saggy and they tore a piece of skirting board off and never replaced it. The carpet layer has been back once and DIDNT sort the problem, he was supposed to come out again to sort the mess he made yet he didn't, using the my child was sick at the weekend story and didn't rearrange .. Still waiting on scs to send the right sofa it's coming up to the time they're supposed to be replacing with the one we actually ordered and are paying for, so I'm expecting to have to go back into the store as it seems once you've signed up and tied into a contract or they've got your money then tough luck..Really disappointed with the outcome as early on i liked the guy who sold us the stuff, but the inability to tell left and right and use basic measurements is a major concern..Being disabled it's quite scary going up and down the baggy , badly laid carpet and hopefully I don't take a serious fall as a bad review will be the least of their problems..Do not fall for the lies they peddle as I've heard from quite a few other disgruntled customers now and it's obviously how SCS operates .Disabled and low income family has been scammed with zero remorse or any rectification of the problem. Solicitors will he next port of call if not trading standards..PLEASE DO NOT SUFFER AS WE HAVE, GO ELSEWHERE..

Ordered a brand new carpet, decent underlay and a brand new corner sofa which came to quite a hefty amount of money back in April 2021.Not only were the carpet measurements wrong by Frank the salesman but he ordered the wrong sofa aswell. We only found out about the monumental mess up today when it finally got delivered.The carpet measurements were checked and corrected by a lovely surveyor and I saved nearly £300 but we then had to wait an additional month on top of the original month and a half quoted as new carpet was needed to be ordered.Gutted is not even the word after waiting 3 months without a sofa and a carpet, the whole family getting stabbed by carpet grippers the whole time. Unfortunately the carpet was laid too loosely on the stairs but after contacting Dan (Carpet fitter) he came out the same day to correct it. Have had to contact him again already (a month later) as it is lifting in areas. It may be the manufacturers of the carpets fault rather than the fitting so not complaining about Dan and Co.We went to the waterlooville store today and Matt (New manager) asures us that a new sofa will be ordered for us as the mistake is on their end (Frank once again) and I'm hoping some sort of compensation. We still may have to wait another 3 months for the sofa to be delivered though...To be continued..... let's hope I can give a better review in the months to come. Will we finally get the sofa we originally ordered? Will Frank get more training on ordering for customers on their work tablets? Will we get any compensation for the terrible service of Frank the salesman.What makes it worse is that Frank is such a lovely, friendly chap who made us feel really welcoming and relaxed when placing such a large order with him.Fingers crossed for Matt to step up and sort out our issues.

Fantastic service from Alex, Abbie and Frank!Did not feel pushed to buy by the sales people at all as you were given your own space to browse and think before buying.Very friendly atmosphere with clear product guidance which made you feel very confident with your purchase.

We went into the Waterlooville branch to look for a carpet for our daughter. Frank greeted us and advised of the safety measures while making us feel relaxed and that we could take our time and not push for a sale. He was a great help and very knowledgable as well as being a great entertainer for our 11 month old. Both Frank and Alex were great and we came away happy with our choice!
