If I could give no stars, I wouldThe elderly dark haired lady on the tills has no interactual customer skills whatsoever.Popped in Just to put a prescription in for my mum from her dentist, yes , I admit, we had just come all the way back over from Havant,as they had forgotten to stamp the front of her prescription,And I was rushing to go to work also, but when I was told ,it wouldn't be a moment, she also knew that the pharmacist who can give the green light to let the item go , had gone in to do a flu jab , seriously? She was very rude and very abrupt.There was more people coming in with queries,than actually taking their items with a smile. Awful customer services , terrible is my answer, was waiting over 20 minutes, and even then ,I had to ask further. Not even a , sorry , you're item won't be long or an explanation why I was waiting.

I cannot fault the staff here, even when it?s evident they are snowed under with work they are so very kind and helpful displaying great patience with all of their customers. I am a support worker and often have to collect medication after ordering it and the communication is fantastic. Thanks to everyone at Tuckers, you are amazing 10/10

I couldn?t honestly disagree with the negative reviews on here more!!I have used tuckers pharmacy for 10 years plus.Granted, some times there is a slight delay, or they have to order medications in, but I have always found all the staff team to be incredibly informative with updates.They will always try and assist you if they can.Keep up the great work and Thankyou for always helping me with ordering/receiving medications. ?

Appalling servicePharmacist is rude and disrespectful. He accused me of using the wrong phone number when I highlighted that I?d allied 123 times and number engaged. To the point I showed all the times on my phone, he then said I was using the wrong number! The same number they?d answered earlier that day! Absolutely disgusting service!

The pharmacy I had been using in Lovedean closed down, and Tuckers in Cowplain were the next closest.However by comparison Tuckers are very poor.The pharmacist is unhelpful. The staff appear unhappy.Service is slow, and they do not carry much stock as on two occasions I have been unable to collect my full prescription due to them being short of stock.

The pharmacist was really unhelpful. Although I only needed to pick up a repeat prescription you would of thought I had asked for them to donate a kidney! I should of ordered it I know. But to just be refused my medication when he could of easily gave it to me I just unbelievable. I will now have a banging headache for the next 3 days! He really showed me didn't he?

This chemist has been near my Nan?s forever, old school pharmacy with a bunch of other random things for sale. Always busy, loyal locals! One lady who works there is possibly the rudest person to work in a customer facing role I?ve ever met, I didn?t catch her name but everyone around the area who has been in will know exactly who I?m talking about. She makes for a very unpleasant experience - everyone else seems nice and friendly, she?s just aggressive!
