Shopped in Winchester branch on Monday. Didn?t have the paint that I wanted. Excellent customer service. Was promised product by 10 next day. An so it was. All on the walls now. Thank you who ever you are.

After several very bad experiences with local brewers. I visited this one today in Winchester and was more than happy with a service that Mike gave. Very helpful and very friendly This is definitely now my Brewers of choice

Never bother phoning them. The phone rings and rings, then someone just picks it up and slams down the phone, repeatedly. I get that they are "busy" in the store with customers, but I am also a customer trying very hard to get in contact with limited time BEFORE I visit the store to pick up some more paint mixed to the Brewers formula - Aqua Satin, that I have had mixed before. There must be a better system than simply hanging up the phone every time it rings at an annoying time! I did post this as a One star review initially, but....Then I phoned them for the third time and got an answer. So yes, 3rd time lucky. I got great customer service from Vicki who agreed to mix up the paint to my desired colour in line with my previous order from 2 months ago. Great result. I can pick it up fast on my way through in the morning. All good. Thank you Brewers.
