Unfortunately due to emergency situation I was unable to attend the appointment. I cancelled and accepted not getting deposit back but Kata not only took 15£ of the deposit but on the top of it charged me 30£ for nothing. She did not communicate with me nor did she respond to my text and messages I sent to even confirm...
