Not sure what?s happened to the state of Banking in England ??????? since I?ve emigrated to Australia ?? but when I went into Lloyds Bank on the Winchester high street, the staff were not in uniform. To my surprise, one member of staff I initially thought was a customer or just seeking refuge in the Bank, he was wearing jeans, a hoodie and piercings. He turned out to be working there, it just didn?t feel right.

The girls working in the bank on the help desk was very helpful, but as for the manager he should take a leaf out of their book, non helpful rude and ignored us after he had finished with the person he was dealing with at the time. He needs to be retrained

Very big branch set in a huge old Victorian building. Banking facilities are easy here. In and out within a few minutes with a 30 second queue for the cashier, speedy service on a Friday afternoon. This bank has more cashiers than other banks I've been to with a nice layout. Polite staff with an assistant just inside the entrance. The layout inside is also easy on the eye and the place was very clean inside so there is no covid 19 risk, the place was spotless. I would recommend dropping into this branch anytime.

Very concerned. If you are I'll, elderly, no transportand live alone, you will struggle with this pharmacyThis pharmacy never answers their phones. Then, it will be occupied due to a fax machine. If you try to keep phoning them, it will ring with no answer. They can't be asked.Oh and if you were to travel down to the pharmacy, more often it will be closed. Due to a missing pharmacist.The public should not ask their GP to send their online prescription by EPS to this pharmacy. Not just based on the above, but this pharmacy relies on 3rd party to first receive your online request. More delays. What a palarva. Pick a different Pharmacy like Boots or Tesco . Then email a letter of complaint to this pharmacy. Give them time to respond based on their company policy and procedures. Then if they have given you their final response, escalate the matter to the regulator. You'll find this company on the Google website.

The people in branch are great - but don't try calling the branch as it makes your head spin. There is no direct number, you have to go through the central hub. A hub that has dropped my call three times. Annoying after telling that blooming robot my details at great length three times.... grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!

Staff are happy to help with any problems and assist with banking needs. A large, airy space as well - think the building was formerly Winchester's Guildhall so impressive architecture.
