Very poor service for my van which failed it's MOT for various things which i feel were unjustified, i am no mechanic so can't really dispute this but i feel i was misold various items. The wait is fine if you know what to expect and come prepared.Based on the feedback of disgruntled people that have booked having to wait a long time, I do wonder if this could be alleviated by have two queues...1.
