Went here with the wife for a dinner after visiting the Cathedral. Given the prices being charged and the name on the door we had high hopes.....but alas the experience was very average. We were a bit hesitant as we read Nick Stein was heading several restaurants....A very nice surprise : fresh and quality products, creative and well inspired cooking, tasty an sane. Nice atmosphere. Reasonable prices.Definitely a place to recommend. We wish we had one in Paris.

We had the oysters with the sausage as a starter. We like the suggestion in the menu and it was lovely, good contrast. However after this impressive starter, it went down the hill.
