“Very helpful and knowledgeable staff.I popped in to get my watch battery changed to find that the battery is fine, but the watch is not... goes blank and resets itself to 01/01/2005.I initially thought loose battery - or flat - but it's not.The chap could have just changed my battery, but he investigated a bit...Thank you. I'm always worried about taking my beloved boots to somewhere new to get repaired as I'm pretty attached to them but being new to the area I couldn't take them to my old shoe repair shop.
