Customer service is about people. My 89 year old mother had unfortunately been sold the wrong phone , however Harvey the Assistant Manager was patient, kind, incredibly helpful and understanding. To be honest he had so much to deal with in that store but just calmly handled a myriad of customers and staff brilliantly. I hope Vodafone realise what a star he is. Thanks again.

Mis-sold their plan to me! Paying £178 a month despite me being a customer for 5+ years not a single good discount and the staff here are entirely unprofessional!

With the words ? . . . so it is something that is technically possible, but I?m not going to do it because it?ll take hours . . . ? I left the store, which was empty and had been all the time I was there, thanking the assistant for their help!I?m an existing customer and wanted to find out how much data I use on a monthly basis (so I can assess if I need an alternative plan). It appears the only way this is possible is to download monthly bills and add up the daily usage. ? . . . so it?s something that is technically possible, but I?m not going to do it because it?ll take hours . . . ?PS: it took me less than 10 minutes to download and add up 3 months worth of data!

My sister and I were both looking to buy a new phone/change contracts as both have Vodafone plans. We visited the Winchester Vodafone shop last week and received a brilliant customer service from Sam, who explained everything we needed to know and answered all our questions. Sam was very knowledgeable and understanding, my sister is severely sighted so needed a little extra.help. Needless to say my sister happily bought a great new phone and mines.order. Highly recommended.Huge thanks to you Sam.

Sold me a new phone that was broken and had items missing...the journey to the store for me is over 35 mins so I tried to call to get some assistance and no one was picking up..tried for two days now and still nobody answering phone. I spoke to Vodaphone direct and they told me to ring the store and arrange an appointment? Anyway, to cut a long story short, I?m cancelling my contract after 9 years of being with them and returning the handset. Absolute joke.And also, I enquired about getting a I watch - I was told I needed to pay 7quid a month connection charge regardless if the watch is cellular......I think more training is needed for these muppets.

I had a problem with my phone but carphone warehouse ( the place where I got the phone from ) was shut, so I decided to walk in Vodafone to get some help. The service received was amazing and not only they fixed my phone but they also saved me over £20 per month on my home broadband. Thank you Vodafone, special mention to James the gent who served me. 10+

My wife topped up her phone this morning at 11.49 in the store, expected the money to be on her phone 10 minutes later! no chance, was not on the phone when we got home 12 miles away, tried to call the mobile number on the website, no answer after 3 attempts. call the service center, because I have the proof, (a receipt) he can do nothing, I have to visit the store again, more cost, diesel, car park etc. just because someone did not do the job properly!! will my request for compensation be granted? Who knows, Having seen the other reviews above I am not surprised about the service I received.

I usually don't spend time writing reviews but this has to be the wrost Vodafone store I have been to.I used to work at Vodafone. There are 4 people in the queue behind me. Stood in the queue for a good 30 minutes. The guy asks me the problem then says I'll just have to put this in the back. Takes another 10 minutes chatting to someone at the back (saw when another person opened the door) then came back to me to say come back another time they have no loan phones available.People like him ruin the reputation of Vodafone.Ps the guy behind was also complaining to me the customer service is always rubbish here .

Absolutely disgusting place. Staff have no clue what is happening or what are they doing there. No one can provide with answer or advised on anything more than how to check your balance. Refuse to give /issue receipt or any other documents.... I'm seriously questioning who is hiring those people and what level of competence any of them have. With 4 Vodafone people in there, one of them was the manager, and no one else Customer wise except me they couldn't tell what to do.

Best Vodafone I?ve ever been too. Staff were highly knowledgeable about the products and very friendly. Sorted me and my partner?s contracts out in no time.
