Love Wagamama but not eaten in Winchester restaurant before. Quick service for 2 dishes and very slow for the third so much that I had finished before my mums arrived. Nice and tasty food.

Went here for my son's birthday.I enjoyed the overall atmosphere and service was great, nothing was too much trouble.We had a person using a wheelchair so it was great to have an accessible toilet within easy reach.Loved the ice cream with coconut.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible facilities were clean.

We had Yasai veg Gyoza, raisukaree curry, bang bang cauliflower, and tofu hot pot. Loved the hot pot and Gyoza. Cauliflower, not so much. Would love to try ramens and donburi varieties. The staff was polite. You can either pay them from the website, a bit combursome, or use a pos device. I think this online payment is to cut the costs further. My kid was given crayons on arrival, which was nice.

Room good, pool area very tired looking Food and restaurant excellent except breakfast should start earlier.. Very slow reception and unhelpful.

Quite disappointed by the vegan katsu curryMy daughter had the chicken vegan katsu and she agreed... they're not very good at making curry sauces. They're better at the noodle soup combo.,.But the service was great and I particularly liked the non alcoholic Japanese beer.

Wouldn?t usually write a review for a chain restaurant but felt this one necessary. The review is based on a particular staff member. The staff member in question was rude and condescending, her name was Abi. Whilst taking our drinks order she decided it was appropriate to look down her nose at me and pull a childish silly face when I chose to order a glass of wine. I am unsure the reasons for her immature behaviour but it is not ok to treat a customer this way. She needs re training at the very least so she knows how to treat customers with respect

Chicken and red meat found in vegan takeaway dish. Phoned restaurant, was told to email, 2 emails sent with photos, no reply received. Appalling customer service and they have lost 2 previously loyal customers.
