This used to be a well-run pharmacy but service has gone completely down the pan in recent months. The last straw was having to visit three times to pick up one item that was missing from my last prescription. All three times there was a queue lined up along the pavement, in a baking heatwave. Two days running I left but the third time I had no option but to wait it out. Simply not acceptable. Boots' current management should hang their heads in shame.

Just want to say thank you so much to the kind pharmacist who has helped get my prescription which hadn't been sent through by the surgery just yet, he is kind and professional even under the pressure due to lack of staff youvare doing a fantastic job !

I had to pay three visits this week firstly there was nowhere to park second visit the pharmacist had not arrived so could not go in, third time I wanted to buy three ear and nose trimmers and was told they did not sell them and I should go to Camberley (a bigger store) or go onlineFirstly they presumed I had a car and then they can order for you and I do not have a computer. Why do most young people dismiss the elderly. I went to Tesco at the Meadows shamrock on you Boots.
