I went in at 9.40 , just before closing , having checked online that they stocked the item the duty manager asked if I needed any help and I asked to be directed to the epoxy sealant his reply was that they don?t have it and sent me to the glue section he didn?t want to assist me - I looked there and in the plumbing section, I was about to look in the building section and was pursued by said employee , obviously trying to get me to leave the store - which I did as he was so rude,abrupt and argumentative!He spoke to me like I was an idiot and all he was interested in was getting me out of the door .Where I work customers are able to make their purchases and leave the shop without being harassed; even after closing time.I will never go there again.
