Before in the same day I went to Santander Bank .What make me decided to go with HSBC ? Was Mrs. Lucy. She was so professional so calm and attentive.She help me a lot. And she guide me through all the process. Thank you very much Lucy, outstanding job, you are the face of HSBC.After more than 30 years working in the Hospitality Industry on the front of the house dealing with customers each and every day I can see when someone is special.
