We called in on December 23rd. We’re familiar with CN but not the Hereford branch. I’m sorry to say we were unimpressed. Every table had dirty cups, plates and food debris on it and I had to move some of it so we could have a clear table. The place really needs a deep clean. The floor and walls were filthy. Received a birthday cake treat on Nero app, so I tried a slice of pistachio & chocolate mousse cake today and it is super light and delicious. Would definitely have it again.Got caramel latte from my full stamps on loyalty card too ~ happy day. Lovely cheerful staff. Thank you. ?☕️?
