Same experience as others. Politely and patiently waited ages at the desk as the girls were constantly on the phone. Someone even came in after me and was served before me. Really chavy, rough place. Won?t use again.

Still waiting for a refund!!!Need authorising from head officeNew radiator fitted myself was leaking and bleed screw broke while trying to tightenBought a more expensive radiator from them delivered late parts shipped different times from same warehouse absolutely crazy, then ordered water pump listed as in stock then an email from customer services saying a special order department will try find on as part is a non stock item whilst still being listed as in stock. Cancel order and order from Auto doc in Germany. Much better prices and more choices regarding quality parts sane delivery time as large item from Euro car parts m, no choice to pay express delivery only a rip off fee for large delivery.WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN

They don't want to help tell. They tell u they don't have in stock when actuely they have. Then make you wait at counter for 30 mins. Only to bring out the wrong thing. All for a set of poxy wipers they can't even get that right. Rediculous.
