“I had a lovely time here on Saturday. It was a rainy day and the sky was as black as the inside of a cat but, inside the store was bright and delightful. My mission was to buy some cheeky little wooden boxes. The kind that look like small versions of potato crates that you see on farms. Well, it certainly was my lucky day as they had loads of the beauties, right as you walk through the door, piled high in a smashing display.I had a lovely chat with the lady on the till, I asked if she could offer me a discount as I was buying a few of these boxes and they are slightly expensive. She couldn't offer me a discount this time though, despite my best efforts to persuade her. Even my offer of me performing some traditional Mongolian Throat singing wasn't enough to persuade her to offer me a few pence off. Maybe if I had started singing she would have given me a discount in order to make me stop? Worth thinking about for next time. I made my way to the exit. As I was about to leave, another employee told me to have a nice day. She said it in such a stern way I felt like I had to oblige and you know what, I did have a nice day.”

“On a trip to visit friends in Hereford I came across this gem of an emporium. Found the cushions to finish off the lounge. One in the window caught my attention. Asked if they had 3 (I had been given the thumbs up by my wife). They had 3. My wife (who was working that day), then wanted 4!! The lady went back up and found another one. Just so helpful and friendly. Brownie Points gained Job done ?.”

“This is a cosplay/costume maker’s dream. I am very pedantic when it comes to colour matching for designs I want to make, if I had visited here first I could have saved dragging my poor husband around four or five other fabric stores. The variety is extensive and impeccably well organised.I was surprised to see the amount of traditional Japanese print they have, quite possibly the largest collection I have seen outside of Kyoto/Tokyo.The friendliness of the team here is commendable, we will certainly return again soon.”

“Love going here. Shame the cafe can't serve as quick as they do in the shop . It's very frustrating . Always a que and just seem to be on go slow.I seen people walk out because stood waiting for a coffee. Someone please sort them out. Plus high.prices.”
“I checked online and found that they were offering the Barbour jacket I wanted 20% off the price showing instore. That discounted price included postage - or you could buy it click and collect. Unsurprisingly I was given the online price. I assume that if I hadn't asked the question that I would have been charged full price. If that is right then I don't think that is fair on the non savvy. Mind you, it was just my good luck that I spotted it as I was in fact looking at prices being charged by other sellers. And a £58 saving is a lot!”
