Very slick and uncomplicated. Easy enough access and not hard to find. Though the site was a little confusing for a first-time visit, maps had the entrance some way off. The price was good too especially as we used Tesco vouchers to pay, they have a deal at the moment. A 6-quid rewards card voucher gets you a 12-quid car wash.

Today 30/10/2023 13:30 staff was washing there red rav4 and while there was huge q , but they are not looking the customers and they are not care about the q or customers , there was a customer questioned , then the staff trying to attack and throw 10 pounds note to customer face . Worst customer service by Hereford imo

Took my sons car there always brings them up fantastic well worth getting a treatment added to your wash

For the price, it gets your car clean. If you want show room finish then go to a professional valet. Great for a quick clean on my old car.

Came for a valet, very thorough clean. £20 for the service but they clean the car inside out in detail. Will definitely come back for the next wash.Service: Auto interior vacuuming

Since the owners/staff changed the car wash is not offering quality services anymore, and also I think they are using different (cheaper) chemicals.Service: Auto detailing

Could do with a bit more attention to the alloy wheels, as it seems to miss some of the dirt, but everyone at the wash is very polite to you, and when I have awax it seems to leave the screen smear when you first put wipers on, thanks guys

WAY TOO HARSH WITH THE BRUSHES?! My paintwork was mint, until today, swirl marks all over, a few rubs with a hoover pipe, sloppy and rushed, scratches that were not there before. I will NEVER return here, take more care it?s not rocket science!Services: Vacuuming

Couldnt belive the car wash ultra hd took our car in there the cars paint work was dull came out looking like a new car and it still looks new now 3 weeks on
