Just awful, miserable old bag with an attitude, bring back Shelly. Took some parcels 20 minutes before closing and she had an issue.

Nice friendly place, a useful shop. Very handy for all in Burley Gate. Plus of course postal services.

Extremely rude staff I'd give no stars if I could!!! I'm exempt from wearing a mask as I suffer from bad claustrophobia if I could wear one I would but id have a serious attack and for me to stand there and the staff say in front of me that there are trying to avoid because I'm a lair according to them is bang out of order,... read full comment
