Went into your Hereford Shop yesterday purchased a few items enjoyed the selection & experience, when time came for payment was asked very consciously by the assistant would you like a Loyalty Card ? she explained how it works but our Post Code didn?t appear on the system it was not possible , I said your system mustn?t be up to date as we can register at other businesses not a problem,My reason for writing today my partner went to change a jumper purchased yesterday on entering the shop my Partner was recognised by the Assistant asked to change it but was told you need your receipt to change an item explained we didn?t have it with us , so we couldn?t exchange the item so had to go to car park to search the car hoping to find the receipt, being totally PO I stayed outside the Shop so not to show my annoyance only for my Partner to come out and say they want the Card you used so they can exchange the item I said TaTTP but went a long with it, loving retail & knowing there are shortfalls surely a Manageress must be given discretion when dealing with a Customer who was recognised from the day before .it was to change an exact Jumper at exactly the same price for a size largerthe other items fitted perfectlyMy Partner has her items , I don?t get a loyalty Card !
