Arrived at 12.00 Dec 4th to find barriers across. No explanation & nothing on website. Irritating since husbands work fuel card is for Shell only. Returned at 14.30 to find it open. Not the first time it's happened but shows company is unreliable and untrustworthy Was told it was to do with electric testing. Couldn't anyone put notice up either website or physical?

Garage times state closes at 10pm! Went to fill my car up this evening at 8.55pm and pulled up on forecourt alongside another car that had just pulled in too. Just about to get out and fuel up as I am going away tomorrow and needed to fill the tank, the cashier turned all the lights off and closed the shutters!! The other driver shouted over to us that she had closed it whilst we were just about to get out of our car to fuel up. Our sale would of been at least a £70 fuel up, so you lost a sale of my £70 and what other the amount the other driver would of fueled up. 10pm closure should be 10pm not 8.55 of an evening and especially NOT with 2 cars on the forecourt about to fill up!!

Nightmare to get into and out of onto a busy main road for small forecourt. If you manage to get to a pump they don't all have standard unleaded so you need to drive out and attempt to get into another pump. Staff always very pleasant tho.

Only use shell v-power and this petrol station is very handy been in the town centre. Only reason I'm giving it 4 and not 5* is because there has been times in the afternoon or early evening and the petrol station is closed. It has been 7 or 8 o'clock some evenings when traffic can be quite busy in Hereford at that time

Usually more expensive than surrounding garages but when they do drop their prices I fill up here. Be careful pulling out, very busy road.
