They refuse to refund money for reterned items.On Saturday we tried to return the coat that we bought on Friday. I had a bad experience with this branch. I was trying to buy couple pairs of shoes but nobody came to assist with sizes. So when I asked cashier if somebody can assist, she said I have to wait, nobody was around at all, so after 20 mins of waiting I just left. Great service.

Says that they are open till 6 got there at half 5 and they wouldn’t let me in and told the bloke before me to run waste of time and petrol
