Life saver! Broke down after going through flood waters and my recovery wanted me to wait till after midnight! Thank god Shane drove by and offered to help, got me and my car home safe and sound within the hour! Couldn?t be more grateful! Would?ve been completely stuck without him!

One phone call was all it took, great service don't know how he does it. He picked up my carkeys from home and had it sorted that day and delivered to my garaged request. A pleasant experience no hassle. Good price.

My Car broke down miles outside of Hereford out in the sticks at night time. Called a few revovery people, then spoke to SRW, and Shane was the only one who made an effort to be helpful. Had a truck out to me in less than an hour. Good communication, easy process. Thanks guys

Amazing service! Fast and efficient even on a busy day. They even diagnosed the issue on the roadside, which turned out to be my alternator. I would highly recommend for those looking for a good price and excellent service. Always friendly and happy to help.

Shane was great. Came out recovered my van after failing a mot. He then repaired my van and got it through its mot with no trouble at all. Fairly priced and even fixed my other van after that had failed a mot (found by Shane to have no failures whatsoever and was mechanically sound). Will be using Shane for all my vehicles now.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Shane Williams that came across me broken down on the Hereford road today on the way to a nightshift at approx 1900. He kindly pulled my car out the road to a much safer location after my car wouldn?t start. I can?t thank you enough. Guardian angel! I would definitely recommend SRW autos and recovery to all colleagues and friends in the future. Would have been stuffed without him and in a very dangerous position in the middle of a main road/national speed limit. I?m forever grateful.
