From start to finish the staff at symonds have made wedding suit shopping a breeze.Special thank you to David who is so patient and went above and beyond for us, nothing was too much for him and we are very grateful. Worth the 3 hour round trip for the customer service alone never mind the beautiful suits and waistcoats we got for our wedding party.Thank you again!

After some trial and error shopping around for a suit for my brothers wedding I FINALLY decided to pop in to see if I could get some assistance on finding a suit, I run on the bigger side so was dreading the thought of being sized up and what not hence why I avoided it initially. If only I knew before what I know now, I was seen to by Damien and to say he was a true gentleman and professional barely feels enough, he managed to make me feel entirely natural and comfortable in an environment that usually terrifies me. I only had around 2 or 1 and a half weeks left and not only did he manage to sort me and my sibling two fantastic suits with shirts as well, but in plenty of time to make adjustments where needed. I cannot praise Symonds enough, fantastic service and a wonderful, friendly environment created by ALL the staff everyone was extremely welcoming. If you ever have tailoring needs or you?re just looking for a place to shop for some finery, Symonds is a MUST go. Thank you again to everyone at the store, I look forward to the next time

Absolutely brilliant shop, what a find! David is an absolutely lovely member of the team and nothing was too much trouble . My husband wanted a couple of pairs of new trousers, he tried on a few pairs , one fitted perfectly, but the other needed some adjustment (he's a bit of an odd shape tbh!). However, all was not lost as Symonds offer a free alteration service. Picked up the altered trousers today and they fit absolutely perfectly. Cannot recommend this store highly enough. Wish we discovered it years ago.

I needed to hire a formal suit within 3 days for a dinner in Bristol. Symonds got me sized up and ordered. The suit was ready for me within 24 hours. Excellent service and very professional.

Myself, my mother and father visited Symonds this weekend and found the perfect suit! ?We were assisted by David, who was an absolute gentleman and total star!! He was able to suggest different options of ties and shoes to perfectly complement my father?s new suit. His knowledge and expertise was second to none - he didn?t even need to measure my father as he was able to correctly identify the size of collar/shirt etc just by looking at my father.It was so relaxing as it removed any stress from finding a suit appropriate for a ?Father of the Bride?. Nothing was too much trouble for David to sort out and if any alterations are required, they are free of charge.We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely return and shop there again in the future. I recommend Symonds of Hereford to everyone!!

Not bought from here before, gotta say it was a really good experience dealt with David Robinson who was very efficient and friendly.. Suit I bought for daughters wedding is the best suit I've ever owned.
