I would like to report an unpleasant incident that happened on 10/1/24 in Hereford Tesco.On a busy short shopping while rushing to bill one veg item barcode was not reading, I informed to staff that the barcode was not readable so I didn't want to. One other staff came and picked it up and she asked if he didn't want why did he pick it up? I informed the staff at the counter that I think I have explained the reason why I didn't want. She paid a little attention to me, attitude was totally acceptableStill I gave 4* because since I started to live here I always do Shopping from Tesco, please don't change my mind, I know one drop in the sea doent make any difference?

I would like to report an unpleasant experience related to the security staff at Tesco store. During my visit, the staff member assisting me was both incompetent and aggressive. After an unsuccessful interaction with her, the security guard unprofessionally physically pushed me outside the store. I believe that the security guard should not resort to using physical force against customers.This incident was not only unpleasant but also not in line with legal principles. I wonder if there are preventative measures and training in place to avoid such situations in the future. Although I did not report this to the police, I regret not taking the appropriate steps against this unacceptable behavior.I hope that proper actions will be taken to investigate this matter and improve customer service quality and safety at the Tesco store.

I don't review, but if you're using this store this is worth noting:You will probably get a parking ticket despite validating the £5+ spend receipt, challenge the parking and the PCN will no longer be perused, however I wonder how many people do not keep their receipt as I did and can't then challenge the PCN... Very unfair on anyone let alone the non-tech-savy / elderly / poor who may be clobbered by this disgraceful parking system.I will not be shopping here again & I hope a store manager notices this and tries to change the parking provider??Probably not, but you the consumer can avoid being spanked by the automated parking seagulls. APCOA sent registered keeper £70 PCN when the driver had properly scanned the parking ticket and Tesco refused to cancel the ticket. Shocking customer service.

Tesco make the parking experience of shopping so difficult. Though I can appreciate parking can be abused most people are genuinely using the store, but to Tesco everyone is guilty until proven innocent. After using the store and trying to use the website later on in the day to register the parking the receipt provided at the checkout had no code to input. No additional receipt came out and spent over the £5 requirement. Used the useless WhatsApp customer service, their honest suggestion was to drive back to Hereford from Swansea to speak to someone in store as their general customer service has nothing to do with in store queries. Was told to just wait for the parking fine in the post. Appreciate companies this size simply don't care as have plenty of customers to replace one, but over time these things add up, no wonder there market share has never hit 28% since 2017. Fantastic service, keep it up ??.

It has a lot of options and is spacious. Centrally located in Hereford and easily accessible. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Love the variety and range of products. Reasonable prices too and having the club card helps bring the costs down on some products.

I had a very bad experience with an elderly lady staff called Jacki when I was buying some wine in a self service till. I'm 39 years old and she challenged to show my ID, what I promptly did and she wants to get this on her hand to check it! When I complaint, she treated me saying she would cancel my shop! I felt very embarrassed. I do shop on this store weekly, what I probably won't anymore.

A good sized store, however some items are not stocked for ages, on a Sunday I like to shop for the week ahead and they don't seem to like accepting 20 pound notes as they say they don't have change. I think that's a bit bizarre for a huge supermarket chain.
