In September 2023 this shop sold a Samsung Galaxy A14 with 60GB of monthly Data to my Elderly Mother in Law who has Dementia. They made her sign a three year contract at c£45 per month!! It would be blindingly obvious that she didn't need a new phone (nothing wrong with her current phone) and within two or three minutes of talking to her the SalesRep would have seen that she was confused and "there for the taking". Who the hell sells a monthly contract to an 75 year old lady who doesn't even know how to use Data let alone need 60GB per month? Moreover, she was provided with no contract or paperwork - just a shiny new phone that she didn't need. Since then, her Daughter (my wife) has had to jump through hoops to get it cancelled. We took it trading standards and the service from Three throughout this has been criminal at best! Two months later and we still haven't resolved this, although Three have agreed they acted negligently and promised to cancel the contract (only after we threatened to take it to the Media) but we are STILL waiting on final confirmation/PAK code. In my opinion, the SalesRep who 'sold' this in store is nothing more than a crook - but I expect he had vicious sales targets to hit so it's no surprise they prey on the elderly.

I don?t even one to give 1 star.Biggest scammers.Took £140 from me even after the contract as they have 30 months notice period to stop the contract and O was unaware about it.

Staff are always helpful.We had to pop in for help with new phone the assistant Sylvia went out of her way to help spending 30 minutes sorting things out for us.So dedicated to her job an asset to the company.We have also had support from branch before this is what keeps us with our 3 contract due to ongoing support.Thank you sylvia

went in for a problem about my phone (it was completely frozen on the lock screen) and asked, ?i was wondering if you could help me? and to which the man responded, ?well i can throw it on the floor if you want?. he then sat in silence holding my down the buttons. he did this for near enough 10 minutes then told me to go across the street to the Istore. i did that and they got it working in under 10 seconds. awful worker, he either hated his job or just his life in general! wont be returning to hereford three HOWEVER will just go to aberystwyth one instead they much much better there.

I've been a customer for several years. Always brilliant faultless service from every member of staff.Had to go in today as I was concerned about something with my phone, but almost immediately the problem was resolved and in such a nice,happy,helpful manner. Little Concerned! 3 have left in an awful position as per, provide no support to me...then when i enter the store the manager acts like i'm the one doing something wrong. Seriously is the world going upside down? Why are we allowing these companies to treat us like this?
