The woman on the till is really awful, impolite and extremely rude (2/7/22). She makes people stand by the till and wait whilst she restocks the shelves and she blatantly ignores customers waiting by the till. It?s a shame Boots Leominster got rid of a very polite young man as he was extremely helpful and it was a pleasure to see him and converse with him. Also Boots Leominster most of the time they?ve got a printed sign on the door saying CLOSED DUE TO STAFFING ISSUES. So get your act together Boots Leominster!!

Pharmacist is over zealously looking out for 'drug seekers' and encourages people to waste the GPs time. Obviously suffers from a severe case of boredom.Would not allow me to purchase promethazine and cocodamol when I have taken them every day for the past 3 years. ?Luckily the pharmacy at Westfield walk sold them to me.I always avoid a particular pharmacist, the other pharmacist here doesn't inconvenience me.
