Although to coffee was good, the experience wasn't. As has been mentioned in previous reviews, the loud staff detracted from the otherwise relaxed atmosphere. One member of the team in particular was so loud that everything she uttered could be heard throughout the cafe. She made several personal phone calls whilst behind the counter. Very unprofessional. I wrote to Coffee # 1 HQ to voice my dissatisfaction, but guess what? No reply, two weeks on.

Staff too busy talking to each other no interaction with customers very unprofessional. One member of staff that loud you could hear her the other end of the cafe, discussing her crocs not being H&S approved!!!!Not welcoming at all . Cafe looks grotty and un clean . It?s certainly gone down hill the last 6 mths .Wheelchair accessibility: Poor wheelchair access very cluttered and seating disorganised

Decent coffee stop with selection of pastries, cakes and sandwiches. Cheese toastie was nice enough and the coffee is good. What let this visit down was the really loud female (presumably) senior staff member who was either sat on a laptop in the main seating area, giving out orders in a loud voice or discussing staffing issues on her mobile phone so everyone could hear. It gave a really poor impression of Coffee#1.Parking: Limited free parking outside, or paid parking a minute away.

It's an ok coffee shop but it's quite dear for what you get and the cakes aren't the freshest... Staff are really nice and friendly.

Quite awful, we had two brie and cranberry panini today (6 Dec)which i can honestly say were the worst panini we have ever tasted. The staff taking the order were a total disgrace as they were more interested in loudly talking amongst themselves rather than being welcoming. The tables had not been cleaned as they were sticky representing total lethargy and lack of customer interface. Definitely not a place to recommend.

Coffee and cakes are excellent, but staff are shockingly rude. Did we disturb the lady on her phone.! Sour face and obviously not happy about getting off het chaur to maje the coffee. Staff mixed up order. Not our fault, but argued ! Don't ask for extra milk either. Dreadful behaviour. Avoid at all costs. Most hostile staff in the region!

Needs some investment, tables are scrappy and need replacing. when we went in the place needed cleaning, and had only been open an hour. Was only serving coffee in takeaway cups.

As a long term customer of your Malmesbury and Cirencester and Hereford outlets, I have to report a constant painful experiences when visiting the Leominster outet. Why?When a certain lady of staff on duty, which seems often, her excruciating loud voice and unbearable constant false laughter makes me want to flee to have coffee outside. She may be the Manager?I do not have to describe her appearance. She is most obvious as soon as you walk in.To those who are not local (and have adapted to her), and passing through, I do note their disbelief and discomfort.I leave this observation with you. Generally your outlets have a very pleasant and tranquil atmosphere.Paul Garrett
