Excellent service by polite friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble. One of the assistants even recognised my grandson aged 8 who has been visiting the Ross on Wye Clarks since being fitted for his first shoes. The assistant said to my grandson 'I've known you since you were a baby'. Fantastic what staff. Best Clarks around.

Usually excellent especially if the man is there, however today my husband was after a particular shoe that he had seen. The response was, Oh we move them around and send them away. Didn't ask what they were like or whether they could be resourced from elsewhere. He did buy a different pair but thinking now of returning them and getting the others online. Shame!!!!

first shoes purchased today for many many years as I had to save the pennies but since I have been retired and had my feet looked after more at the chiropodist I decided the best is what I wanted, broad fitting "Swift turn" size 9 thought I would need an extra half size as I wanted to put in my own custom insoles but did not need the half size as the wide fittings was ideal. Thanks, nichalandy.
