“This was the most stress free eye test I have ever had. The optician was kindness itself, seemed to understand intuitively where I was coming from in the issues I raised. In deciding on frames, again he understood what I wanted with no difficulty. Finally, I was stunned by their superb prices! Not the eye watering costs I had to fork out at a previous local optician.”

“I brought my son to have a check-up. He was initially very reluctant about going to the opticians and it took a lot of persuading. This is partly because he's very self conscious about wearing glasses. However, the optometrist, Kirstie, was so lovely with him, made jokes, had a good laugh with him and he cheered up enormously. She made the check up a good experience for him and at home he kept saying how lovely and funny she was. The shop assistant too was so lovely - she was so patient with him trying on numerous glasses and more importantly she and the optometrist were very anxious to make sure that he got ones that fitted correctly. He must have tried a couple of dozen glasses but they kept bringing out more from the back of the store to get the right glasses for him. They made his experience so good that he thought it was actually a good day out!”
