Staff in here couldn't be bothered on both times I have been in. Poor attitude and no offer to help with sizes despite shop signs saying shoes can be ordered in. Suggest staff training at Hereford store, what a difference.

The staff "well.... One lady who happened to be working that particular day" was absolutely lovely and I couldn't ask for a better service. I can't wait to go back. Fabulous service and great product at good prices. Xx

I bought a pair of girls school shoes ready for the start of term this month. I knew they were cheap and won't last as long as an expensive pair but 7 days is ridiculous.
They did give me a refund after trying to palm me off with a credit note but I won't be buying from shoe zone again it's a false accomany. Would have loved to have attached a photo of the sole hanging off and the stitching coming apart but there isn't the option.
Don't buy them they just won't last.
