The people who run this car wash are dishonest. I asked the price before washing the car if they took a card payment and I was told £7.00, they did a poor job and I told them this afterwards. I never thought to check the transaction. I looked at my bank account this morning so see they charged me £10.00 and not the £7.00 as agreed.I called them this morning and tried to discuss this but were adamant it was £10.00A totally dishonest service.DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE.

Valet - it took 2h, paid £50 for inside and outside clean. Not great, sorry maybe it's just me but £50 is a lot and after this service I find it horrendous that I have to clean my windshield myself, looks worse than what I left. Missed loads of details, like cup holders, all tricky corners left out, fenders... won't be doing this again here, sorry.

I am really impressed with the service I received here. I had finally had enough of my old garage who quoted me £811 to replace a part that didnt need replacing. Steve managed to diagnose the problem and also fix other issues (caused by my old garage) for £250. Was treated with respect and courtesy and highly recommend this garage.Services: General repairs & maintenance

They did a great job of cleaning my wife's car, very easy to deal with and very helpful. Better, in my opinion, to the other places in Ross on Wye.
