I wouldn't even give it 1 star if I couldWalked into Subway at Ross on Wye.Young man serving was spraying the work service next to the food from a height of 2 feet above the open containers of food. I saw the disinfectant spray go over the salad.I said to him ' you have just sprayed that cleaning fluid over the salad'. He immediately replied with a lie "I covered it"I then walked out of the shop but my colleagues were then served by another food handler. The original food handler did not change his gloves after handling the money and was seen coughing into his hand.Food hygiene is paramount. Was this person trained in food hygiene?If he does this in front of customers what is the practice behind the scenes???

Food was ok but I'm sorry the staff member who served us looked like he just got out of bed from a night on the town and couldn't get anything right, almost tried to charge us for something twice.His poor colleague was holding the fort while he blundered through his shift.Sorry but reviews have to be honest and I doubt I'll go back again for service like that.

I have been to many subways, and this one by far the worst experience ever. The staff especially one was very rude to the other and i quote "dick" after telling them to shut up. "Dont tell me to shut up" and other. The salad bars were very disturbing to see. Cross contamination triggers. Cheese with chicken. Chicken with beef. Beef and chicken, bacon in with vegan things and salads. Not caring about what goes where. Took their sweet time with our food. Nearly 20 minutes wait for 2 subs. Whilst changing the order and we had to repeat ourselves multiple times. Forgot the cheese. Forgot the chicken nachos etc. Food was OK Standards of staff were extremely poor. Was ashamed to be served by them. Will not be going again. We waited for our food whilst the young boy was talking to another customer. Not dealing with our food. It was cold when we had it.

I ordered food over an hour ago and it said it was arrive if between 2:30pm and 2:50pm. Now it?s over an hour late

Do not bother app ordering! Ordered on the app for a set time and when I arrived it hadn't been made. I stood by the till waiting and it took a while for the guy serving to acknowledge me, when he did I said it was for an app collection and he said it hadn't been done as it was so busy. He then proceeded to serve other customers while I waited longer. In his defence he was the only staff member during lunch period as the other was on a delivery. Don't bother ordering on the app, you are the last priority.

Lovely friendly staff and a damn good sandwich, tried out the spicy Italian . Literally couldn't fault it . Especially with the crispy onions ! Keep it up subway !

Only one person working, who i think was a trainee as he took a considerable amount of time to prepare the food which resulted in a long queue and wait. Not the lads fault, but they obviously need to rethink staffing levels and supervision for trainees

Awful experience, after explaining that we had never been to a subway, we were made to feel like we were in the way, and were basically a pain because the worker was on her own and others came in and she couldn't cope with serving us while they waited. There also seemed to be a problem with the card machine so once again was left feeling that she just wanted rid of us. The fake meat in the wrap was microwaved so much it was hard like plastic at the edges so not impressed with the food either. I can honestly say I will never set foot in a subway again but then I wont be missing much will I?

The Local Branch is ok once you are understood by the staff which can be frustrating at times, Otherwise it's a standard Subway selling the usual stuff.
