I'm a carer, I took one of the people I support for lunch, the person I'm supporting doesn't have a bank card. We went to pay by cash but it wasn't accepted. A lot of the most vulnerable people in society don't have bank cards. Under the equality act, accepting cash is surely a reasonable adjustment for a business to make.

Always love chopstix and the one at Baldock services is no exception. Lovely staff delicious food and quick service, you can't go wrongRhian and Ally serving today and they were particularly goodParking: Services parking free for 2hrs and paid after that, electric charging is available near the exit of the parking area. It is also shared with the hotel on the other side of the servicesWheelchair accessibility: The entire services are on one single floor with ramps up on to curbs, disabled parking is also located right out the front of the main building for ease of access.

I wanted some food whilst stopping at the services and was queuing and saw the rice. I thought I'd be better off going somewhere else. If you think it's acceptable to serve rice thats been left out all day then there's a problem with your standards. Considering the bacteria -Bacillus cereus that rice contains, I would avoid this place. Poor effort or lack of.

Im working in baldock just off the A1, so I've been getting my food from Chopstix in Baldock Services recently, and I can't express how impressed I am with the experience. The food is nothing short of excellent, reaching a top-tier level of flavour that genuinely surprised me. I didn't expect it to burst with such rich and delightful flavours, but every bite was a delightful surprise.What makes the experience even better is the outstanding staff. Not a single grumpy face in sight! The entire team is incredibly nice, always happy to serve and accommodate. Their warmth and hospitality adds to the overall positive vibe of the place.I wholeheartedly recommend Chopstix at Baldock Services to anyone looking for a truly flavorsome and enjoyable experience at the service station. With impeccable food and a friendly, attentive staff, it's a gem worth visiting. This place deserves every one of its five stars, and I can't wait to return!
