Went into EE in bishops stortford today after 7 days of phone calls to the call centre. Transferred from Plusnet and didn?t have a service for 6 days and didn?t have my old number which I had for 20 years .Was in a terrible state as the operators on the phone did not help.Jordan and Ellie sorted it out straight away. They were so helpful and after all the stress I had for a whole week, they got my original number back. I?m so grateful to them . They are all so helpful in this shop .If you need great care and customer service, I can?t recommend them enough

Over the last two days, we have dealt with Katherine, Sophia, Jo and Jordan. The team has been incredibly patient and tenacious in helping us work through all the issues involved in transferring my elderly mum to a new phone. Riz was polite, friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. Riz took a person centred approach when dealing with our enquirys. I called up regarding what deals there was for new contracts on a Iphone and Riz went above and beyond to support us offering both his professional opinion and personal experiences. Riz gave us time to think about the information we where given and made our experience with EE pleasent and a joy. The service offered by Riz was the best customer service I have witness with EE. This phone call which was only a query ended up in a new contract, and early upgrade and an added discount to an existing contract. To say the least we are one happy family with new phones at fantastic prices thanks to Riz and all his support.

Amazing!!! Dealt with riz and he was brilliant and got us an amazing deal on upgrading mine and my wife's phones and he even got our broadband cheaper for us. Whilst in the store we witnessed the other two members of staff delivering outstanding customer service and helping other customers. What a great team! Highly recommend going in to see what deals they can do for you.
