Had fantastic customer service from Steve (manager I think?) at Bishop? Stortford branch today. I took in my elderly mum?s car to have the tyres checked as they keep losing pressure. Steve asked one of his team to put it up on the hydraulic ramp and check everything. He explained exactly what was wrong and did not pressure me into buying tyres. No Charge, just great service. Please pass on my thanks to him.

Booked in for safety check. When I arrived I was told they had no one in that could do that job.So considering when booking on line I have to provide my telephone number, did anyone give a thought to letting me know to save me the journey?? Will NOT be returning!
