Kelly and the girls here were all quick, efficient, and professional. They sorted us out an amazing holiday in Cyprus, and they literally took care of every little thing. SO IMPRESSED. Will definitely not want to go anywhere without booking through them again.

I notice Nicola was highly praised by previous reviewer. So, do I rubbish her to gain favour with the team or just say everyone played their part?Thankfully that has been the case. Everyone friendly, efficient, effective and enthusiastic about ensuring everything sorted in good time. And I mean everything;tickets, boarding passes, taxis both land and sea together with restaurant bookings, vouchers etc.Bottles of bubbles waiting at each venue ?? . Unsure whether automatically the norm or if our circumstances (50 years together) responsible but both appreciated.If you're traveling consider here a useful first stop.Thank you team (and Nicola has to be included)David & Bernadette

Serious problem with my upcoming Travel Plans. Found I could phone Premier Travel in the evening. Impressive. Emily of Saffron Walden branch replied and assured me they could help. This was very reassuring. I visited the Stortford branch in the morning and Nicola patiently sorted my problem on line and printed my document. The staff were all friendly. I can recommend Premier Travel for travel planning support.
