Zero customer service 13 November 2023 at 12:50. Approached the main area help desk as the Barclays employee immediately shakes her head and puts her hand up, " NOT AVAILABLE", she says as she's on her personal mobile phone chatting to someone about schools. Meanwhile another help desk to left of cash machines has no idea how to help another customer and instructs customer to ring Barclays helpline.With bank branches closing down left right and centre it's no wonder with workers like this.

Sophia absolutely saved my finances today, she spent three hours on the phone helping me with a matter than had us both confused, somehow she sorted it, I am eternally grateful.

England is so weird place to live.Im walking in to the bank,to open account5 ladies sitting thereThey say you have to go online.No ! I want to do it with a real person.Online, will open open revolur or zen and will be 100 times faster then this useless banks in england. What a country. .

Despicable service and attitude towards clients if you don't have business account don't use Barclays. Thayer systems are under any standard for a bank in 2021. Take your business to other bank you will not regret it.

Good experience with barclays helped me massively one of the best banks customer service has improved so much and amazing staff there ignore bad reviews would highly recommend to bank with them

The most annoyed set of people I have ever come across. Imagine coming to the same place for the last 8 months and have to explain the same situation every single time because they won?t listen. Customer comes in, listen to what?s been said before making assumption and looking stupid every single time. What?s life? . It?s frustrating to deal with these people. No professional conduct at all.

Went to do business banking at Barclays, two tellers on, both busy with complex client requests. Stood in the queue for over half an hour, with the queue getting longer and longer. Would it not an idea to have one teller just for quick easy transactions and have them deal with complex situations as and when they are available. That way you will move your customers through much quicker. What is the point of two unavailable tellers??

Set up much more like a store than a back with the removal of the security glass. Really friendly and helpful staff.
