I went to the Nationwide building society in Borehamwood to get my statements that were a couple of years old with specific dates. The MR was very helpful and patient with my request and quiery. Searched for my requested statements and printed them out. I was very impressed by her patience and the way she conducted my request. Wont be wrong to say that i left as a very satisfied customer.

Not at all happy with the lack of help & poor attitude I received when I phoned the borehamwood branch. I needed help completing an online issue and was basically told that they were too busy at that time to assist. Admittedly I was offered a call back at some point. Having already spent over an hour trying to sort out the issue on my own I ended up using telephone banking service and was extremely fortunate to be diverted through to the Maidstone branch where I spoke to the most delightful lady Anna. She was extremely helpful and patient and more importantly didn?t rush me. I couldn?t have asked for more. Only wish the Borehamwood branch offered the same level of customer service.

a problem with this branch is the inconvenience when i find it has closed early without warning which is why i am considering opening an account at metro banks Borehamwood branch.
