This place is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to post offices. They seem to see themselves as guardians of the UK mail and i have had so many issues when trying to post items here that are clearly classed by the royal mails own guidelines as either large letters or small parcels yet they deliberately attempt to make it as difficult as possible. They would far prefer every one turned up and paid THEM for the postage, insisting on making people queue when items are already labelled and could simply be dropped off. Arcaic shop and honestly they are the bhiggest reason for using carriers like yodel, inpost etc LONG LIVE THESE AUTOMATED FACELESS SERVICES.
