Samantha at Tui is so helpful, today I booked my 5th holiday with her, and all I can say is, she has made my holiday booking experience so easy, usually I would be stressing about which is a good hotel and what?s the good excursions to do, and reading bunch of reviews to figure out what to book but when I?m booking it through her, it?s so easy , she has so much experience about different countries and I have never come back from a single holiday disappointed when I?ve booked through her, Thanks Sam, your a Star

Have booked half a dozen holidays with this Tui branch,can't pick one member out as the knowledge between them is second to none, there advise with special need travel was spot on through both Stansted and Gatwick to avoid queuing etc with Autistic children.The fact you can pay any amount at any time to a holiday makes budgeting so much easier as some months are better than others.Had mentioned it was our anniversary to the staff when we were on a family Disney cruise,they somehow informed the ship staff, and there were little surprises each day in cabin when cleaned.Overall, it was a great experience in a great friendly branch ?.

Charlotte at TUI Borehamwood was fantastic. Excellent service very friendly couldn't be more helpful. Was able to help with all the holiday needs including flights and hotel etc. Highly recommended! Charlotte's service and help is the reason dealing with a person is always better than trying to do things yourself online.

Sam has always gone above and beyond when we have booked our holidays with her. Even though I am probably the most annoying customer sending different hotels and flight times she is always happy to answer my questions. Since becoming a family of 4 we have booked all our holidays through her and never been disappointed!

Samantha P at TUI Borehamwood is absolutely amazing. Her level of service is of a high standard. I have recommended her to everyone I know! My family and I travelled to Turkey this summer for the first time and we were so so happy with her recommendations.
