Where do I start. We needed our kitchen and bathroom done and this is our closest place. Trying to get ahold of someone to help was nonexistent that should have been our warning to go with other companies but silly us we didn't. They kept pushing back the start date until they finally came and behold they ordered the wrong products so we had to wait for the new product to come in. After the job was finished we were happy untill the bathroom started leaking into the new kitchen 2 months in, we had someone come to see it and even the wickes guy that done the kitchen he said the person who done the bathroom used the wrong pipes and they need toff to replace all the pipes basically take all the tiles. We ask for a second opinion and they said the same . Wickes people have come and taken pictures of the leaking, we have sent them videos and pictures almost a year later still not fixed we have sent emails call, letters the lot and still no one come to fix it and now the new kitchen is damaged too. For such a price we paid to these people we regret ever picking them to do such a job.DON'T USE THEIR SERVICES

Helpful staff. Ordering tiles to be delivered was smooth and easy. They arrived on time but we're extremely heavy and only delivered to outside of the house! 24kg per box x 17!

unfriendly woman answering the phone, ordered less than an hour ago. I asked to add something on my order as forgot to add something but refused wont give me option and keeps interrupting when im talking. Still 3 days more for the delivery. another fay help me to cancel my order. I ordered at other merchant instead.

People are doing their best but click and collect is VERY inefficient - currently waiting and this poor lady is staffing the till and attempting to find someone to get us our click and collect order. Nobody is around. Surely there's a better system than this, Wickes?

Everyone was extremely helpful and understanding. Even when dealing with a damaged item, the manager dealt with it efficiently and with care. Highly recommend!

Rude Staff. Endless queues!Queried the price when I got to till as wasn't what was written on the shelf I picked it up from. Rather than answer my polite query the lady just kept repeating the price. To every question I asked! Over and over. So I left put the wood in the car and went back to check the price and just as I thought it was completely the wrong item. Didn't have time to return as now late for job and queue had 10 people now! Train your staff! Or don't actually, I'm not coming back!

Much more choice of goods now since they had a re- vamp, especially on the decorating side, real wide variety of paint, tools and essentials, also good for all sorts of cleaning products and tools, alongside all the usual wickes products.

Vast improvement to the site. Much more stock and improved space. Labels everywhere it's great. BUT what's happening with staff on a Saturday??? Poor girl behind the till and over 15 customers waiting to pay, young lad running ragged trying to help as many as he could and a lazy ar** out the back trying to look busy and not helping anyone but avoiding everybody. 30/4/22 not helpful at all

Went there to check availability for a product that was out of stock online, the staff were brilliant, really helpful, very informative. Excellent customer service. Well done guys.

They would not bring items for us from the rear warehouse as forklift driver was busy unloading items from the truck hence asked us to wait 45 minutes before anyone could help. You can not expect a customer to wait 45 minutes when a forklift driver could easily drive to where the materials are placed and bring them to ground level, Thereafter return back to unloading the truck. When complained to duty manager, she was even more rude than the cashier. Furthermore what surprises me is that such a large store has only one forklift.

Got good stock even with current shortages at other stores and staff go the extra mile when you need assistance.
